Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
